Order & Delivery
Schedule from initial order to dispatch varies by product and time of year. We will advise you on the current schedule of turnaround during the order process. Delays may occur during proof approval. Alterations from a proof may cause additional delay but you will always be updated on the order progress. You will always be notified when the order is completed & the product is dispatched.
Small value UK packs under £20.00, sent by Royal Mail 1st Class service - Normally delivered next working day.
Non-UK packs, sent by Royal Mail AirMail - Normally delivered to Europe within 3-5 working days & Rest of World within 7-10 working days.
Medium value UK Packs above £20.00, sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery - Normally delivered next working day - A signature will be required at the delivery address.
Urgent UK or Higher value UK Packs will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a third party courier service best suited to the requirements - Delivered next working day - A signature will be required at the delivery address.
Medium value & Urgent Non-UK packs, will be sent by third party courier. Delivery options available on enquiry.
It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate delivery address information.
Returns requests are accepted within 7 days of normal expected delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the product or service we will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
Special and custom-made orders can only be accepted for return if the item is faulty.
The customer is responsible for checking all details on proof images and making sure all elements are as required. Changes cannot be made after a proof has been confirmed and the item has been produced.
You may cancel your order without reason, at any time before production has started. You will be advised of the current turnaround schedule during order.
